These terms cover your use of countIT and pkcountit.com. countIT is owned by DesignSpark LLC. By installing or using countIT you agree to these terms and to the DesignSpark LLC User Agreement shown at first launch.
Your license
DesignSpark grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use countIT under the plan you choose. Free plans may be used for any project, including commercial work. Pro and Team licenses are tied to a DesignSpark account. Team seats belong to the purchasing organization and may be reassigned by its admin.
Ownership
DesignSpark LLC owns countIT, its code, design, and the countIT and powerKIT names and marks. Your drawings, counts, and exports belong to you.
Payments
- Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Pro subscribers may pause billing for up to 1 month per calendar year, starting at least 48 hours before renewal.
- Lifetime purchases cover Pro features for the life of the product.
- Bundle discounts apply to qualifying powerKIT bundles only.
Refunds
If countIT doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Check your counts
countIT is a productivity tool. Results depend on how drawings are prepared, layered, and tagged. You are responsible for reviewing counts before using them in schedules, budgets, bids, or construction documents. Use the cross-reference report and spot-check critical items.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell, or share license access outside your plan. Don't use countIT to break the law or another party's rights.
Disclaimer and liability
countIT is provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law. DesignSpark's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for countIT in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using countIT at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
